OUR APPROACH TO LEARNING

ECOLOGICALLY APPROACH

Our relationship with nature is given special attention. We find that a deep connection to nature which inspires both curiosity and wonder whilst simultaneously self-worth, community and wellbeing.

HEAH, HANDS & HEART

We believe that teaching should address the the whole child's head, hands and heart.

INNOVATIVE APPROACH

We take an innovative approach to class design that sets us apart from other institution. We propose small classes, flexible learning areas, mixed aged group classes, and adaptable curriculum.

PROFILE OF OUR GRADUATE

Remember the fable of the blind men and the elephant? Depending on where they stood, everyone had a different definition of what the elephant was. At GGS, we educate for a wholesome life so that our students will be:

CURRICULUM AND PUPIL ACHIEVEMENT STANDARDS

The curriculum will be directly in line with the Cambridge International Examination Board and the National curriculum under the Ministry of Education in Uganda not compromising our mission and vision. This blending of curriculums is done to provide a variety of skills to the learners.

Our children must be able to express themselves orally and with the written word to succeed in today’s world. Through the research-based curriculum, students are taught to gather a body of knowledge, get command of it, categorize the information, gain control of it, and use it.

More than just a joyful place
